Selection Criteria
- Selection for the posts on contract appointment will be made on the basis of written test. The Standard/syllabus of the written test will be determined by the University. The Written Test shall comprise of 100 MCQ questions for 100 marks. The duration of the written test shall be 90 minutes. There will be 0.25 marks negative marking for each incorrect attempt. - The written test will be conducted at Shimla, Mandi, Hamirpur, Dharamshala and Kangra. Number of centers may increase or decrease, depending upon the number of applicants. The center requested by the candidate may not be allotted.
- Answer keys will be displayed on the University website after the written test on 9 th October, 2022. Candidates will be allowed to send their queries regarding answer keys up to 05:00 PM on 10th October, 2022 and thereafter final answer key will be displayed on 11th October, 2022 on the University website.
- Category wise merit list of all appeared candidates shall be displayed on the University website.
- If the candidates having equal score in the written test, then a candidate who is senior in age will be placed above the candidate junior in age.
- Category wise merit list of selected candidates will be submitted to the MD, National Health Mission, HP.
- The eligibility of candidate(s) called for the evaluation will be determined on the basis of original documents produced on the day of evaluation and Department will not be responsible if any candidate is rejected at that stage or at the time of verification by the appointing authority. As such, the applications of the candidates shall be purely provisional.
- Summoning of the candidate(s) for evaluation/selection; conveys no assurance whatsoever that they will be selected or recommended. Appointment orders to the selected candidate(s) will be issued by the appropriate appointing authority.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Court jurisdiction at Shimla.
