OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed.) (by whatever name known). OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45 % marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed.) (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure ) Regualtions,2002. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50 % marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.). OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50 % marks and 2 years Diploma in Education(Special Education). OR Graduation and two years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT)/ Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed) (by whatever name known). And ii) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Class I-V, to be conducted by an authority designated by the Central/State Government |

Age Limit
- Minimum Age : 21 Years
- Maximum Age : 30 Years
Age limit for the post is 21-30 years (age as on 20.01.2023) and age relaxation for Ex-servicemen who has put in not less than 6 months continuous service under the Armed Forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed 30 years by more than 3 years, shall be deemed to satisfy the conditions regarding age limit. The age limit as on last date of receipt of application will be considered.
