For SRF: -B.Tech/BE or equivalent with 7 CGPA or 70 % in anyone of the following area:
- Electronics and communication,
- Electronics and Telecommunication
- Electronics and Electrical Engineering (6 CGPA and 65% for ST/SC/PWD candidate)
- GATE qualification in EC, with valid score card.
- 2 years post B.Tech experience of research or industries.
