RPGMC Tanda Recruitment 2023

Eligibility Criteria

• Field Officer: Graduate in Science/relevant subjects from recognized university with three years’ experience from a recognized institution. Or Master degree in the relevant subject.
• Investigator: Graduate in Science/relevant subjects from recognized university with three years’ experience from a recognized institution. Or Master degree in the relevant subject.
• Scientist: 1st Class Master’s Degree in the Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biostatistics/Bio logical Science/Biomedical Science from recognized university with two years R&D/teaching experience in the relevant subject after 1st Class Master’s Degree from public sector or Government recognized institution.
• Health Economist: 1st Class Master’s Degree in Economics /Health Economics/ Econometrics/Actuarial Science/Public Health/ from recognized university with Four years’ experience in the relevant subject after 1st Class Master’s Degree from public sector or Government recognized institution.
• Administrative Assistant: Graduate in Science from recognized university with five years’ experience in health research projects/administration finance and accounts work.

Pay Scale / Salary

• Field Officer: Rs. 25,000/- to 30,000/- PM Depending upon experience
• Investigator: Rs. 30,000/- to 32,000/- PM Depending upon experience
• Scientist: Rs. 67,000/- to 78,000/- PM Depending upon experience
• Health Economist: Rs. 65,000/- to 70,000/- PM Depending upon experience
• Administrative Assistant: Rs. 25,000/- to 30,000/- PM Depending upon experience

Selection Procedure

1. Candidates have to apply by posting their application and supported documents (self-attested) to the undersigned.
   • In the first instance, all the candidates who fulfill minimum eligibility criteria in respect of age educational qualifications and experience, etc. (wherever required) shall be short-listed.
   • Shortlisted candidates after the scrutiny of documents will be posted on Dr. RPGMC website.
   • Incomplete information/supporting documents in application will not be entertained and considered ineligible. No separate communication will be encouraged.
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for the written examination/interview.
   • No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing for examination and joining.
2. Please Note:
   • These are purely contractual posts and as such they will not have any claim whatsoever for regularization neither in the Dr. RP Govt. Medical College, Tanda or at Department of Health Research (DHR)/ Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
   • The mere fulfillment of requisite essential qualification/experience does not guarantee selection.
   • During the currency of the projects as well as on its termination, the Dr. RP Govt. Medical College, Tanda as well as the ICMR New Delhi will have no legal liabilities relating of staff.
   • Performance will be assessed on a regular basis.
   • Contract can be terminated at any time based on the performance of the staff.
   • Candidates will have to submit an affidavit at the time of joining that they will accept all the general instructions & terms and conditions related to the post.
