Application form will be considered valid, if it is accompanied with prescribed processing fee in the shape of IPO/Bank draft payable at IDBI Bank /State Bank Of India/ Punjab National Bank, Hamirpur which should be prepared in the name of the Comptroller, Dr YSPUHF, Nauni, Solan.
The application form, complete in all respects, with copies of all testimonial should be reached to the Dean, COHF, Neri, Hamirpur 177001 (HP) by 05.00 PM on 31.05.2023 positively and interview will be held on 05.06.2023 at Committee Room, COHF, Neri, Hamirpur.
Important Instructions & Other Conditions:
- Application fee once paid will not be refunded. The candidate selected for appointment to the above posts shall have to execute a service contract agreement after his/her selection.
- The application must be a citizen of India
- Candidate should be domicile of Himachal Pradesh.
- Candidate should be a minimum of 18 years and not more than 45 years of age. The upper age lime is relaxable by 05 years for candidate belonging to SC/ST/ other backward class/ persons with disabilities as per provisions in rules/ instructions of the HP Govt. The minimum and maximum age limit shall be reckoned on the concerned last date fixed for receipt of application
- The appointment on this post will be mode at fixed salary purely on temporary basis on “Co- terminus” with the project concerned or availability of funds, whichever is earlier. The candidate applying for this post shall have no claim for their regularization against the said post.
- Application already working in any project should sent their application from through their PI/HOD
- Any further information about qualification and job requirement can be had from the office of the undersigned.
- Incomplete application or those received after the last date will not be entertained and will be rejected straightway and fee paid will not be refunded.
- The university reserves the right not to fill up all or any of the posts without assigning any reasons
- Expenses for appearing in written test/ skill test/documentation will be borne by the candidate himself/herself.
- The University will not accept as valid any arguments or pleas such as breakdown, mail, communications, illness etc. for non attendance of the interview /documentation etc. and verification of documents, where required.
- The candidate must write his/her telephone/ mobile number and e-mail Id in the application form
- Candidate must have all the original testimonial at the time of documentation / interview (ST/SC/OBC/EWS and other if any)
- Though every care has been taken, yet any mistake crept inadvertently is subject to correction
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/ documentation etc.
