HPPSC HPAS Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Minimum Educational Qualifications
- A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
Desirable Qualification : Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh is a desirable qualification.

HPAS 2023 Exam Pattern
Preliminary Examination
- Only Multiple choice questions (objective type) will be asked.
- The duration of the examination will be 02 hours for each paper.
- Number of papers: 02 papers – General Studies (Paper 1) and Aptitude test (Paper 2)
- The total number of questions will be 200 questions.
- There will be negative marking in HPAS 2023. For correct answers, +2 marks are awarded.
