Candidates must possess a Master’s degree from a recognized University in either Hindi (with English as a subject at the degree level) or English (with Hindi as a subject at the degree level). For a comprehensive list of accepted subject combinations, applicants must refer to the official notification. AND candidates must have a Recognised Diploma or Certificate in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa, OR a minimum of two years of professional experience in translation work in a government or undertaking. |
| Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen./F&A/S&P | The foundational requirement is a pass in 10+2/XII standard or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Crucially, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in computer typing with a speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. This skill is mandatory and will be tested. |
| Junior Stenographer | Applicants must have passed the 10+2/XII standard or its equivalent. A high level of proficiency in stenography is required, with a dictation speed of 80 w.p.m. in either English or Hindi, as opted by the candidate. |
