Educational Qualification
The educational qualification is different for each post.
Programme Officer (SARA)
Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health or Community Resource Management from a recognised university.
Candidates with a relevant Graduate degree may also be considered if they have at least 2 years of experience in programme formulation/implementation, monitoring and supervision, preferably in the field of Women & Child Development/Social Welfare.
Working knowledge of computers is also required.
Protection Officer
Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health or Community Resource Management from a recognised university.
Graduates in relevant subjects may also be considered with 2 years of experience in programme formulation/implementation, monitoring and supervision, preferably in the Women & Child Development/Social Welfare sector.
Computer proficiency is required.
Nurse
For the Nurse post, candidates should have a Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institute.
Preference will be given to candidates having at least one year of relevant work experience.
Counsellor (Female)
Candidates should have a Graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or Public Health/Counselling from a recognised university.
Alternatively, candidates with a PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication may also be eligible.
At least one year of work experience with a Government/NGO, preferably in the field of Women & Child Development, is desirable. Computer proficiency is also required.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates should be 18 to 45 years as on the date of the interview.
