SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification
The educational qualification and experience differ according to the post.
- Zonal Head: Graduation from a recognised university/institution with at least 15 years of relevant experience. MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing and certifications such as CFP, CFA or relevant NISM qualifications are preferred.
- Regional Head: Graduation with substantial relevant experience in banking/wealth management and sales leadership.
- Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Graduation with relevant professional experience in wealth management/retail banking and team handling.
- Investment Specialist: Relevant postgraduate degree/diploma or professional qualification such as CA/CFA along with relevant investment/wealth management experience.
- Investment Officer: Relevant PG degree/PG diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science, or CA/CFA, along with 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- VP Wealth: Graduation with relevant experience in wealth management and client relationship/sales functions.
- AVP Wealth: Graduation is mandatory, while postgraduate qualifications and certifications such as NISM, CFP or CFA are preferred. Relevant sales and marketing experience is required.
Note: Teaching and training experience will not be counted towards the prescribed eligibility experience.
