CSIR NEERI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process includes a Trade Test followed by a Competitive Written Examination.
Technical Assistant
Candidates recommended after screening will be called for a relevant Trade Test, which is qualifying in nature. Candidates qualifying in the Trade Test will appear for the competitive written examination.
The final merit list will be prepared based on performance in Paper-II and Paper-III of the written examination.
Technical Officer
For Technical Officer posts also, eligible candidates will first be called for the relevant Trade Test. Candidates who qualify will then appear in the competitive written examination. The final merit list will be based on performance in Paper-II and Paper-III.

The written examination will be conducted in OMR-based or Computer-Based Objective Type Multiple Choice format.
