HPSDMA Shimla Vacancy 2026 Education Qualification
Educational qualifications prescribed for the posts of retired Personnel Assistants, Senior Assistants/Superintendents Grade-II, and Peon who have served in analogous posts in H.P. Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Remuneration
- 1. As per Office Memorandum No. Fin (C) A (3) – 5/2004 dated 24-7-2024 issued by the Finance Department, a fixed monthly amount will be provided at the rate of 40% of the last drawn basic pay
- No Dearness Allowance will be admissible on this fixed amount
Tenure
1 (one) year
(Provided that the Government can terminate this engagement even before the expiry of the above period, in case the services of the incumbents are not required)
TA/DA, Medical Expenses, Leave
- He/she shall be entitled to TA/DA as is admissible to an outsourced person, if any
- No Medical facility will be given to a person to be hired under the policy.
- He / She shall be entitled to Leave as is admissible to an outsourced person, if any.
Upper age limit
Upper age limit will be 62 years
