Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Junior Engineer (Civil)
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 1 year relevant experience, OR
- 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
2. Assistant Account Officer
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Financial Management.
- 3 years’ experience in Project Accounting and Financial Management System.
- Working knowledge of Tally is essential.
3. Draftsman (Civil)
- 2-year Diploma in Draughtsman (Civil) from a recognized institute.
- 1 year relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
4. Instrumentation Engineer
- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- 1 year relevant experience in a Government/commercial organization.
5. Assistant Technical Officer – Food Technology
- Degree in Food Technology.
- 3 years’ experience working in a reputed food industry.
- Administrative and production experience is required.
- Experience in a fruit processing plant and handling industrial labour is desirable.
6. Operator (M)
- Matriculation.
- ITI Certificate in Electronic Mechanic / Fitter / Maintenance.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the related field and operation of plant and machinery in a food industry.
7. Lab Technician
Candidates should have either:
- Matriculation with a 1-year certificate course in Fruit & Vegetable Preservation and at least 1 year experience as a lab attendant, or
- B.Sc. with Chemistry from a recognized university.
8. IT Professional
- First-class Master’s degree in Physics, Forestry, Geography, Soil Sciences, Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Planning or Geo-Informatics, OR
- First-class B.Tech/M.Tech in an engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience is required.
9. Environmental Specialist/Expert
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Civil Engineering, Biological Sciences, Ecological Sciences or Hydrology from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years’ experience in assessing environmental impacts and field-based environmental research.
- Candidates should be well versed with environmental and social safeguard policies and World Bank/MFIs requirements.
- Experience with World Bank or other donor-agency-supported projects is preferred but not essential.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 45 years as on the date of interview.
Selection Process
Selection for the assignments will be based on the candidate’s academic record, experience and interview, etc.
The engagement is purely on an outsourced basis and is connected with the project work. Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide an affidavit stating that they will have no claim for regular employment or regular pay scale in the borrowing agency or NRTC, Parwanoo.
