The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with certificate in trades of Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Mechanic Pump Operator -cum-Mechanic from recognized IT Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government.
Para Fitter
The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in trades of Fitter from a recognized ITl/institute or Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government.
Multi Purpose Workers
The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle (8th) pass and its equivalent from a school equivalent o duly recognized by the State Government.

The total selection process is of 10 marks with the following distribution of marks Criteria.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The selected incumbent will be paid honorarium @ of Rupees 7100/-P.M. for Para Fitter and Rupees 6000/- P.M. for Multipurpose workers.
The working hours for the incumbent shall be 6 hours per day.
A quarterly self reporting format (to be devised by the Jal Shakti Department) would be filled by the Para Fitter & submitted to the Junior Engineer concerned. Based on this at the end of every financial year, a consolidated report would be placed (on a format to be devised by the Jal Shakti Vibhag) for the community certification of satisfactory work and conduct. This certificate shall be electronically sent to the concerned Superintending Engineer for the record.
Unsatisfactory performance may result in termination of appointment by passing an order. The process of termination shall however not be completed unless at least 3 notices have been served upon the incumbent on a specific charge and if there has been no improvement in service delivery. The concerned Junior Engineer would have to substantially put down in written the reasons for such termination and this would need to be countersigned by concerned Assistant Engineer based on record/technical reasons.
Candidate applying for Multipurpose workers shall compulsory attached detailed marks sheet of middle standard and in the event of non issuing of the same by the concerned Education Board, the detailed marks certificate from the Principal of the school needs to be attached. Evaluation criteria and short listing (if necessary) is based upon marks obtained in the Middle standard and not of any other standard even if higher qualification is obtained.
The selected candidates should be deputed/engaged on the schemes which are already outsourced to the firms/contractors and any request for their transfer from the scheme will not be accepted at later stage.
