Eligibility Criteria
1. Para Pump Operator (08 Posts)
Candidates must have passed matriculation (10th) along with an ITI certificate in any of the following trades:
- Electrician / Wireman
- Diesel Mechanic
- Pump Mechanic / Motor Mechanic
- Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic
- Mechanic (Motor Vehicle)
- Pump Operation-cum-Maintenance
The certificate must be from a recognized ITI, or matriculation with a certificate in the above trades under the Skill Development Scheme of the Government.
2. Para Fitter (03 Posts)
Candidates must have passed matriculation (10th) along with an ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber, from a recognized ITI, or matriculation with a certificate in the above trades under the Skill Development Scheme of the Government.
3. Multipurpose Worker (19 Posts)
Candidates must have passed Middle Standard (8th) or its equivalent from a school duly recognized by the State Government.
Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories may submit their relevant category certificates to avail reservation benefits.
Documents Required
Attested / self-attested copies of the following must be attached with the application form:
- Legitimate proof of age
- Proof of BPL Family (for BPL candidates)
- Proof of Education and Technical Qualification, issued not later than six months before 08.09.2026
- Certificate of Bonafide Himachali
- Certificate and experience (if any) in the related field from JSV/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs, or an outsourcing agency providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable
- EWS Category certificate, issued not later than six months before 08.09.2026, if applicable

- Fill the application on the prescribed proforma (available with the notice).
- Attach all required documents (attested/self-attested copies) as listed above.
- Submit the application to: Office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Palampur
- Applications must reach the office between 08.09.2026 and 26.09.2026, on or before 5:00 PM.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post.
