Important Notice

(b) For vacancies reserved for Ex-servicemen, the applications from civilian candidates will be accepted provisionally and interview will be conducted only if no ESM has applied/is disqualified/found unfit for the post. In case civilian candidate is approved then, contractual period will be only for 11 months
(c) Last date of receipt of application is 26 Feb. 2024. Application with attested copies of all documents is required in duplicate. Original documents will be checked during interview. Documents required to be attached with application are:-
- (i) Matriculation certificate.
- (ii) Degree/diploma whatever is applicable
- (iii) Experience certificate
- (iv) Copy of PPO (for ESM)
- (v) Appx to AO 135/78 duly signed (for ESM Officer)
- (vi) Copy of discharge book (for ESM Officer)
- (vii) Character certificate
- (viii) Medical Certificate
(d) Application with incomplete documents will be rejected during screening of documents by the Board of Officers.
(e) Online application/Lack of QR/incomplete application will not be entertained.
(f) Interview will be conducted at Station HQ Shimla at 1000hrs on 29 Feb. 2024.
(g) Selected candidate will have to carry out 10 days on Job Training (OJT).
(h) TA/DA is not admissible.
