Eligibility
The recruitment is for eligible and willing employees working in Departments, Boards, Corporations and Autonomous Bodies under the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
The concerned Departments/Boards/Corporations/Autonomous Bodies are required to circulate the memorandum among eligible employees working against analogous posts and recruited under the common Recruitment & Promotion Rules applicable to Government employees.
Pay Matrix
The Pay Matrix Levels mentioned in the notification are:
- Personal Assistant: Level-12
- Senior Assistant: Level-11
- Senior Scale Stenographer: Level-11
- Junior Scale Stenographer: Level-7
- JOA (IT)/Clerk: Level-4 & Level-3
The terms and conditions of secondment, including tenure, pay and allowances, lien, joining time and relieving of the selected official, will be governed by the applicable rules/instructions of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
