Application Fees
- General/EWS/OBC Candidates (Male) – ₹100
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates and Female Candidates (All Categories) – No Fee
- Candidates can pay the fee online via the net banking facility of various banks or by using Visa/MasterCard/Rupay Credit/Debit Card.
Age Limit
The candidate must be at least 21 years of age and must not have attained the age of 32 on the 1st of August of the year of examination.

Educational Qualifications : The candidate must hold a Graduate degree from a recognized University or possess an equivalent qualification. Candidates in their final year or awaiting results can apply for the Preliminary Examination. However, they must produce proof of having passed the said examination along with their application for the Main Examination.
Number of Attempts: The number of attempts allowed varies based on the candidate’s category:
- General Category: Six attempts
- OBC Category: Nine attempts
- SC/ST Category: No restriction on the number of attempts until the upper age limit is reached. (excludes the relaxation categories)
