Educational Qualification & Age Limit
Candidates should have passed SSC/10th Standard from a recognized Board/Institution.
The prescribed age limit is 18 to 25 years for UR candidates, calculated on the last date of receipt of the hard-copy application. Age relaxation will be available to eligible reserved categories as per Government of India/CSIR rules.
CSIR-NAL MTS Salary
The selected candidates will be appointed in Pay Level-1, with a pay scale of ₹18,000 to ₹56,900 under the 7th CPC. Eligible employees will also receive applicable allowances and other CSIR/Central Government benefits.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be called for an OMR-based objective-type written examination. The examination will be conducted only in Bengaluru.
The paper will contain 150 questions for 450 marks, with a duration of 2 hours. Subjects include General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and English Language. There will be 1 mark negative marking for each wrong answer.
