HPU Shimla BCA & BBA Counselling 2025: The Himachal Pradesh University Shimla has released the Counseling schedule for BCA & BBA courses under Non Subsidized category for the session 2025-2026. All the candidates who have applied for admission to BBA & BCA are hereby directed to report for counselling to be held as per the schedule and venue given below.

Venue: University College of Business Studies (UCBS), Avalodge Chaura Maidan Shimla-4.
The candidates are directed to bring the following documents (in original) along with one set of photocopies of the same at the time of Counselling:
- Printout of Online application form
- Matriculation Certificate
- 10+2 Marksheet
- Character Certificate
- Affidavit of Gap (if any)
The candidates who will not appear in the counselling on the above-mentioned schedule, their claim for admission shall automatically be forfeited.
Note: The Candidates who have already attended the counselling for BBA (subsidized category) held from 10th June to 13th June, 2025 and for BCA (subsidized category) held on 6th June, 2025 need not to appear again in the counselling. Their candidature will be automatically considered on the basis of documents already submitted during previous counselling.
