HPPTCL Consultant Recruitment 2023 Important Instructions
Applications are invited from interested & eligible individuals fulfilling the eligibility criteria as laid down in the window advertisement for engaging as HR & Legal consultant initially for a period of one year in HPPTCL.
He / She will get the monthly fixed salary on the basis of last pay drawn (-) Pension/CPF basis.
He / She will be entitled for one day leave for every completed one month. These leaves can be accumulated until his/ her tenure of assignment of two year and will lapse thereafter. The total absence including intervening Sundays and holidays should not exceed 4 days on any one occasion.
In case he/she proceeds on leave without prior permission from controlling officer concerned, his/ her salary for that period will be deduced besides other appropriate action in accordance with rules shall be taken against him.
He/ She shall be entitled for TA/DA on the basis his counterparts’ entitlement in the organization.
He/ She will be required to maintain mobile phone and the corporation will pay telephone allowance as per entitlement for equivalent category in the organisation. ï‚· He/ She will be required to maintain daily diary and will reside at his place of posting from time to time.
HPPTCL reserves the right to terminate the assignment by giving one month’s notice without assigning any reason (S). Similarly, he/ she may leave the assignment by giving one-month notice.
The selected candidates shall be posted anywhere in Himachal Pradesh where the works of HPPTCL exists.
The eligible applicants may apply with full details with respect to age, qualification, post held, last pay drawn (-) Pension Basis with details of experience etc. on or before 30/11/2023 till 5.00 PM to DGM (P&A), HPPTCL, Himfed Bhawan, Panajri, Tutikandi, Shimla-05. Application received after due date shall not be entertained and shall be rejected. The selected individuals shall be posted on the corporate office of HPPTCL.
