HP Consumer Commission Group-C Vacancy 2026
The recruitment is for one Senior Scale Stenographer post. The number of posts is provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Commission.
The post is to be filled from eligible Junior Scale Stenographers, Stenotypists and Judgment Writers working in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, District Judiciary in Himachal Pradesh and Government/Semi-Government establishments, subject to the prescribed service requirement.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a University recognized by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
Shorthand & Typing Speed
- English Shorthand: 100 W.P.M.
- English Typing: 40 W.P.M.
Computer Knowledge
Candidates should have adequate knowledge of word processing on a computer.
Required Service
Candidates must have 5 years of regular service, or regular service combined with continuous ad hoc service, in the prescribed feeder category.
