SJVN Executive Trainee Salary Structure 2025
- Pay Scale: Rs 50,000 – Rs 1,60,000 during training
- After training, Executive Trainees will become Engineers/Officers with a 3% salary increase.
- Benefits include HRA, PF, medical, performance pay, etc.
Selection Process for SJVN Executive Trainee 2025
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. After the CBT, provisionally shortlisted candidates shall be called for Personal Interview/Group Discussion.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 75% weightage
- Group Discussion – 10% weightage
- Personal Interview – 15% weightage
- CBT Pattern: Duration: 2 hours
- Total Questions: 150 (120 Technical + 30 General Ability)
- Marking: 1 mark per question, no negative marking
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR/EWS: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD: 40%
