HP Allied Services Mains Result 2025: The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission had advertised 64 posts of Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Allied Services / Posts (Group-C) Examination – 2023 vide advertisement No. 45/12-2023 dated 31-12-2023 and subsequent addendum dated 05-03-2024, category wise breakup of the posts is as under:-

The Preliminary Examination for the said post was conducted on 08-09-2024. On the basis of the performance of the candidates in the Preliminary Examination, 1273 candidates were qualified for the Main Examination which was held from 07-03-2025 to 09- 03-2025. The candidature of 30 candidates was rejected for various reasons and the candidature of 1243 candidates was provisionally admitted to appear for the Main Examination-2023. On the basis of the performance of the candidates in the Main Examination, 109 candidates have been shortlisted for the Document Verification.

It is for information of all concerned candidates that the process of Document Verification will be undertaken by the HPPSC as per schedule given below. The shortlisted candidates are advised to attend the Document Verification alongwith all original documents on the fixed date at HPPSC Nigam Vihar Shimla-171002 at 10:00AM. No further opportunity will be provided to the candidates to attend the Document Verification after the scheduled date(s) and they will be treated as ABSENT and their candidature will be rejected. No request for any change in date(s) allotted to candidates for Document Verification will be entertained. The Roll Number & date wise details of 109 shortlisted candidates for document verification are as under: –
The candidates are directed to bring following documents in original on the day of document verification:
- Matriculation certificate for age proof.
- +2 certificate.
- Bachelor’s Degree certificates along with Marks Sheets of all years / consolidated mark sheet in support of Educational Qualifications.
- Experience certificate(s) wherever required.
- Valid category certificate(s) in support of their eligibility, if any, viz., S.C., S.T., O.B.C., E.W.S., Ex- Servicemen along with Discharge Book/Service Book, Ward of Ex. Servicemen, WFF and Persons with benchmark disabilities etc. All these certificates along with undertaking wherever required, should be on Performa prescribed by the Government of H.P. from time to time. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Certificates should be in accordance with the instructions of the Govt. issued vide letter No.PER(AP)-C-F(10)-4/2010 dated 5th August, 2019).
- Bonafide Himachali Certificate in case of reserved category candidates.
- Valid EWS/BPL Certificate (Candidates applying under EWS’s category will have to submit either “Income & Asset Certificate‟ or valid BPL Certificate countersigned by B.D.O. along with non-SC/ST/OBC certificate issued by the competent authority on the format prescribed by H.P. Government vide letter No.PER(AP)-C-B(12)- 1/2019 dated 11th June, 2019.
- No in-service (regular service) candidate will be entertained for document verification unless he / she produce NOC (No objection certificate) from concerned employer.
All these certificates should be valid on the closing date of Online Recruitment Application as well as on the day of document verification and should have been issued by the competent authority as notified by the Govt. from time to time.
The candidates are also being informed through their e-mails made available in their applications by them. E-call letters to all concerned will be uploaded against the registered user-id of the shortlisted applicants shortly.
